Topeng Private Space & Tapas – Taksu Restaurant

Welcome to Taksu Restaurant. These Terms & Conditions are established to ensure transparency, comfort, and a smooth experience for all guests using Topeng Private Space. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to comply with the following policies.

 

1. Room Information

Room Name: Topeng Private Space

Size: 104.5 m²

Function: Multi-purpose space for:

  • Private dining
  • Meetings
  • Movie nights
  • Wellness sessions
  • Small private events

Room usage is subject to availability and prior confirmation.

 

2. Pricing Options (Mandatory Selection)

Guests are required to choose one (1) pricing option before using the space.


Option 1 – Minimum Spend (Food & Beverage Focus)

IDR 200,000 per person (minimum 10 persons), or

Minimum IDR 1,000,000 per group

No space rental fee

Food and beverages must be ordered exclusively from Taksu Restaurant

⚠ Privacy Notice:
This option does not include exclusive use of the space. Other customers may enter and share the area during operating hours.

Suitable for:

  • Group dining
  • Movie night with food
  • Casual gatherings


Option 2 – Space Rental (Private Event)

IDR 700,000 per hour

Space is reserved exclusively for the guest

Food and beverages are optional (no minimum spend required)

Suitable for:

  • Meetings
  • Wellness sessions
  • Movie night (non-dining focus)
  • Private dining
  • Private activities

 

3. Duration & Overtime Policy

Recommended duration: 2 hours

Additional time: IDR 500,000 per hour

Overtime usage is subject to space availability and must be approved by Taksu management. Unauthorized overtime may be charged automatically.

 

4. Reservation & Down Payment (DP) Policy

To secure the booking and allow proper preparation:

Deposit Requirement:
50% of the total estimated bill or the first hour of space rental (whichever is applicable)

Payment Deadline:
Deposit must be settled within 48 hours after reservation confirmation

Deposit Application:
The deposit will be deducted from the final bill upon settlement at the cashier

Reservations without deposit payment within the stated timeframe may be automatically released.

 

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

All cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests are governed by Taksu Restaurant’s Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be refundable or eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable
  • No-show will result in full forfeiture of the deposit

By confirming a reservation or making any advance payment, the guest agrees to comply with the applicable cancellation procedures.

 

6. Included Facilities

The following facilities are included in all bookings:

  • Chairs and tables
  • Table cloths
  • Alkaline drinking water

 

7. Additional Equipment & Charges (Upon Request)

All additional equipment must be requested in advance and are subject to availability:

  • Microphone: IDR 150,000
  • Sound system: IDR 200,000
  • Projector / Standing TV (43 inch): IDR 250,000

Setup, usage time, and technical assistance follow Taksu operational standards.

 

8. Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverages are not permitted without written approval from Taksu management

All food and beverage orders are subject to kitchen operational hours

Menu availability may vary depending on event size and timing

 

9. Guest Conduct & Usage Rules

Guests must use the space in accordance with the agreed purpose

Noise levels must remain reasonable and respectful of other guests and surroundings

Any form of illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activity is strictly prohibited

Taksu management reserves the right to terminate the event without refund if these rules are violated

 

10. Damage, Loss & Liability

Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and equipment

Any damage caused by guest negligence will be charged accordingly

Taksu Restaurant is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the event

 

11. Force Majeure

Taksu Restaurant shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

12. Management Rights

Taksu Restaurant reserves the right to:

Adjust room arrangements if required for operational reasons

Refuse service if Terms & Conditions are not complied with

Amend or update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice

 

13. Agreement

By paying the deposit, confirming the reservation, or using the Topeng Private Space, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
