Cancellation Policy

 

Taksu Restaurant | Topeng Private Space | Spa, Salon & Wellness

This policy applies to all reservations made at Taksu and its facilities. By confirming a booking or making an advance payment, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

 

1. Spa, Salon & Wellness Treatments

To ensure therapist availability and proper preparation, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellations made at least 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled treatment:
    Advance payment or deposit may be refunded or rescheduled, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made on the day of the treatment:
    All deposits or advance payments are non-refundable and will be considered forfeited.
  • No-Show:
    Failure to attend the scheduled treatment without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of any payment made.
  • Late Arrival:
    Late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time to avoid inconveniencing the next guest. The full treatment price will still apply.

 

2. Topeng Private Space / Event Reservations

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled event:
    Deposit may be refunded or used for rescheduling, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled event or on the event day:
    The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
  • No-Show:
    Failure to attend the event without prior notification will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

 

3. Taksu Restaurant (Dining Reservations)

For all restaurant reservations, any advance payment or deposit made is non-refundable, regardless of whether the cancellation is made before or on the day of the reservation.

Advance payments are treated as operational commitment and preparation costs.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Procedure

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via:

  • Official WhatsApp number : 0811-3883-5555
  • Official email of Taksu
  • Verification: Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgment from our reservation team.
  • Rescheduling: Subject to availability and management approval. Rescheduling is generally permitted only once per booking.

 

5. Important Notes

Refund processing time (if applicable) follows Taksu Restaurant’s internal procedures.

Deposits cannot be transferred to another guest without management approval.

Taksu Restaurant reserves the right to make the final decision on all cancellation and refund matters.
