How do I find you?

“If you use a vehicle, you can come towards Jalan Hanoman. After about 400 meters you will find Jalan Goutama Selatan on the right side, right after the turn towards Jalan Dewi Sita. Make right turn and you will find our entrance.

If you come on foot, you can come from Jalan Hanoman (the same way if you use a vehicle) or you can walk from Jalan Dewi Sita towards Jalan Goutama Selatan.”

Is there parking at location?

“Yes, we have parking lot available at Taksu Wellness Center, plenty of space for scooters however there is a limited space for cars. We recommend to reserve a parking spot by contacting our reservation if you come by car.

In case there parking space for car is full, you can park your car at central parking near Bebek Bengil Pengosekan and take a 5 minute walk to Taksu Wellness Center.”

How do I book a treatment?

How do I register to a yoga class?

Our daily yoga classes depend on the registrations, to avoid disappointment, we highly recommend to register in advance through our website or by contacting our WhatsApp +6281138835555

Can I book treatment or class or venue for private group?

Yes, private yoga bookings can be arranged for individuals and groups. Contact us via email to [email protected]

Do you offer childcare services at Taksu Wellness Center while I have a treatment or participate in a class?

No. We are not responsible for children. We recommend you check with your hotel / homestay for childcare referrals.

I would like to provide a friend with a Taksu Wellness gift certificate. Can I do so?

Yes! If you are interested in this option, please email [email protected] for assistance, you can also buy gift certificate online from our website.

I would like to offer a class or workshop at Taksu Wellness Center. Can I do so?

Depending on the offering, we are happy to consider the request. Please send your proposal via email to [email protected]

I would like to rent one of your venues. Can I do so?

Yes, but it depends on availability, and the purpose of the rental. Rentals are available on an hourly, half-daily and daily rate. Learn more about our venues here, and email [email protected] with your request.

Are all of your venues accessible to those with limited mobility?

Our venues are situated on multiple levels, which might present some challenges for those with limited mobility. One of our restaurants, Tastes of Taksu, is wheelchair friendly. Please let us know if you have any specific needs.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept cash, major debit and credit cards, and mobile payments.

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and treatment.

Is your products natural?

Yes, we use natural, vegan, and sustainable products for a nourishing and eco-friendly experience.

Can I get a male therapist?

Yes, you can get a male therapist for your spa treatment. Please let us know your preference when booking.

Can I visit the spa if I’m pregnant?

Yes, we offer special treatments suitable for expectant mothers. Please let us know when booking.

Can I customize my treatment?

Absolutely! Our therapists are happy to tailor treatments to your specific needs and preferences.

What services do you offer?

We provide massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, spa packages, and wellness treatments like ozone therapy, lymphatic massage, and Esalen™️ bodywork.

Are your therapists all female, or do you have male therapists too?

We have both female and male therapists. Please let us know your preference when booking.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Just yourself! We provide everything you need, including towels, robes, and slippers.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid charges.

Can I visit the spa if I’m pregnant?

What dining experience do you offer?

Tastes of Taksu offers a wide range of International dishes accommodating many dietary restrictions, including ketogenic, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. All are served on our beautiful and peaceful jungle-view terrace. Topeng offers a unique fine dining experience, all served in our newly built, fully air-conditioned restaurant. Or for a light bite, come to Taksu Galeria and enjoy the sunset over Ubud at Tapas On The Terrace and enjoy our wonderfully crafted cocktails as well as our classic, signature and Asian inspired Tapas

What are your opening hours?

we open for breakfast 8 am-12 pm, lunch 12pm-6pm and dinner is served 6pm-10pm

Yes we have many dishes which accommodate any dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and keto friendly

Yes, we have a childrens menu available and high chairs available for family dining

Tastes Of Taksu is wheelchair accessible, please let us know if you require assistance. Unfortunately, Topeng has stairs at the entrance, so it may not accessible for everyone

Our Garden Terrace restaurant, Tastes Of Taksu, has a capacity of 50 people and Topeng, our indoor fine dining restaurant can comfortably seat 30 people.
